Mom's Hamburger Gravy

Ingredients
1 lbs 85% lean ground beef1 medium onion, choppedSeason All to season2 cups 1% milk1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
Saute the onions with olive oil in a large skillet for about 5 minutes. Next add ground beef with Season All and brown stirring it to crumble). In a shaker add the flour and salt & pepper to taste. Stir into the flour 1 cup of milk and make into paste. Then stir into the gr beef mixture. Keep adding more milk to get the consistency of thickness you want for gravy. Serve over mashed potatoes.
