1/2 lb ground chuck,1/2 lb ground pork,1 26.5 oz can of hunt's italian sausage spaghetti sauce,1 can 6 oz tomato paste,1 medium onion,chopped, 1/2 green pepper chopped, 1 small fresh tomato chopped, 1 tbsp oregano,2 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp celery salt, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp worcestershire, 1/2 pkg (1/2 lb) lasagna noodles, 2 cups small curd cottage cheese, 2 pkg (6oz) sliced mozzarella cheese. When done sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Place meat in colander, set over a cassarole bowl. Microwave at high (10) 5 to 6 minutes. Break up drained , cooked meat with fork: discard fat. In large bowl mix together spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, onion, oregano, basil, salts, pepper, chopped garlic, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce. Spread 1/3 cup meat sauce over bottom of 12x8x2 inch dish. Place 1/2 of uncooked noodles over the sauce and top with cottage cheese, then 1/2 of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and cover with remaining sauce. Microwave at high (10) for 35 minutes uncovered. Place remaining mozzarella cheese on top and continue microwave at medium (5) for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let lasagna stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
