Warm Crab & Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped Spinach1 can (6 oz) lump crab16 oz. light sour cream3 oz. light cream cheese1 packet dry vegetable soup mix
Directions
Yield: approximately 50 1-tablespoon servings.

1) Mix ingredients together in an oven-proof dish.

2) Bake at 350* for approximately 30 minutes or until warm and bubbly.

3) For extra pizzaz, sprinkle with hard cheese such as parmesean 5 minutes before service.

4) Serve with your favorite dippers and enjoy!
