Shrimp pasta with spinach & mushrooms

Ingredients
7 cups of cooked pasta1 lb of shrimp5 tbsp of olive oil2 cups of fresh mushrooms1 10oz package of spinach
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to instructions on box. Set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sautee onion and garlic.
3. Once onion and garlic are transparent add mushrooms, spinach and shrimp.
4. Cook until spinach begins to wilt
5. Toss in pasta and cook for about 5-10 minutes.
Makes 7 - 1 cup servings
