Old Fashioned Bread & Celery Stuffing

Ingredients
Celery, cooked, 4 cup, dicedOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Butter, salted, 1 cup Croutons, plain, 4 cup Salt, 1 tbsp Poultry seasoning, 1.5 tsp Sage, ground, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp *Almonds (blanched, slivered), 0.5 cup Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces
Directions
Cook celery & onion in butter or margarine over medium heat until onion is transparent but not brown; stir occasionally. Combine with bread cubes & seasoning and toss lightly. Add enough broth to moisten as desired.

Serving Size: Makes enough stuffing for 14 - 18 pound bird
