* multigrain penne with flax, 1.5 cup * stewed tomatoes, 3.5 cup *hunt's ketchup, 2 tbsp * Garlic, 2 cloves * Onions, raw, 0.5 small * Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp * *Balsamic Vinegar, 0.5 tbsp * boca patty, 2 serving * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
crush garlic, chop onions and broccoli
saute in olive oil
add chopped boca patties to the pan
add tomatoes (half chopped coarsely and half pureed)
season with pepper and basil, other italian seasoning to taste
meanwhile, boil water and cook pasta according to instructions
reduce sauce down, add ketchup to thicken
add cheese at the end, stir in until melted
drain pasta and mix in with sauce
