1 fillet salmon1.5 cup no salt added tuna15 spears of asparagus (chopped)3 oz asiago cheese1.5 cup mushrooms1 packet of instant mashed potatoes1 box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix
Prepare oven to 350 degrees F. Place salmon and tuna in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add chopped asparagus, cheese, and sliced mushrooms in layers. Prepare mashed potatoes, layer on top of vegetables. Prepare stuffing, layer on top of potatoes. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
