Grab and Go Protein Bar

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup milk1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup quick oats1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut1/3 cup slivered almonds1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Boil the milk and peanut butter mixture until slightly thickened. Remove from heat, add vanilla and other ingredients. Spoon onto wax paper or mold them into a container and cut into bars later. Let cool and enjoy immediately or throw in the freezer for an on the go snack. Remember these are high calorie, do not eat them like cookies, one for a snack and a tall glass of water should be sufficient to tide you over until the next meal. Hope you like Spark friends!
