chicken and chickpea stew (crockpot)

Ingredients
4 chicken tenderloins1 can diced tomatoes, no salt0.5 cup red wine1 Tbsp dried basil0.5 cup diced onion1 cup dried chick peasdash worcestershire sauce____1 zuchinni, sliced1 can yellow hominy1 1/2 cup frozen English peas3 oz greek yogurt, plain and nonfat
Directions
Place all ingredients above the line in a crockpot. Add water as needed to cover chick peas. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Add additional water as needed.

Add zuchinni, hominy, english peas and yogurt. Cook on high for 30 min- 1 hour.
