Cardamon seeds - crushedButterMilk (your preference - I use condensed goat)Eggs - 2 - but I use the Egg substiture insteadYeast - 1flour
Boil together milk, butter, sugar; shell cardamon seeds, pulverize, and put into the mixture. let cool until lukewarm, dissolve yeast in a small amount of lukewarm milk and add to mixture. Add eggs well beaten; slowly add flour, just enough to handle and knead well, be careful not to add too much. When dough is risen well, separate into equal parts and roll out to form strands, braid strands and let rise again. Before putting in oven brush with beaten egg and sugar. Bake at 350 until well browned.
