Healthy Oatmal-Apple & Cinnamon Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup flour1/4 c soy flour1 large egg1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 tsp baking sodaDash sald4 Tbsp light margarine6 packets of Abundance All Natural-Apples & Cinnamon(42 grams/packet)1/2 c cocoa flavored almonds2 TBSP Skim Milk
Directions
350-preheated oven.
Using a teaspoon, drop cookies on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

After cooking for 8-10 minutes, then check. Depending on oven heat, they may be ready, if not ready check every 2-3 minutes til done.
