Chicken Salad for a Sandwich

Ingredients
6 oz. Roasted Chicken2 tblsp. low fat mayo1 tblsp sweet green relishsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop up the chicken in small pieces.
Add the mayo and relish and mix.
If you are adding onions or celery now is the time.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve as is or place on your favorite bread or open-faced bun.
