Seafood Linguine

Ingredients
Water2 Tbsp. Olive Oil4 Tbsp. Chopped onion2 Tsp. Garlic15 Small to medium scallops10 Small to medium shrimp3 oz. Angel Hair Pasta1 Jar Bertolli Alfredo Sauce4 oz. Mussels
Directions
Bring enough water to a boil for the pasta and seafood. In another pot, steam mussels until they open. Put Olive oil in a large frying pan. Add onion & garlic, saute until soft. Add whatever spices you like. Add Alfredo sauce, put small amount of water in jar, shake well and pour into pan. Simmer on low heat. When pasta water boils add shrimp and scallops, about 2 minutes. Do no drain water. Scoop shrimp and scallops out of water and add to frying pan. Add mussels to frying pan. Continue to simmer. Boil pasta till done. Do no drain. When pasta is done, use a fork or tongs to lift pasta out of water and put directly into frying pan with other ingredients. Simmer a couple of minutes stirring continuously until all ingredients are covered with sauce.
