1 Carton Trader Joes nonfat plain Greek yogurt (2.5C)1 package trader joes frozen dark cherries (3C)1/4 C sunflower seeds2 Tsp cinnamon
Directions
blend all ingredients together
divide and eat. Makes 2 dinners or 4 snacks. I use this as a fast light dinner when I am home late from work.
