2 3 oz Sole Fillets2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tsp sea Salt 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Spices1 Tsp Thyme (Ground)1 Tsp Lemon Pepper 1 Tsp Dill Weed (Dry)1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder1/8 Tsp Cumin (Ground)3 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Season Sole Fillets With Sea Salt and Black Pepper, set A side. Heat Olive Oil in Skillet add remanding Spices stir and wait 30 seconds. Add Sole fillets drizzle with lemon juice, cover and Cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove cover flip Sole fillets and cook for 2-3 min again. Remove from heat and seve with your favourite side dish.
