Chicken shephard's pie

melt 1 tsp margarine in skillet with onion and garlic. add chicken. cook until done. meanwhile cook cauliflower. when chicken is done layer in casserole dish. pour corn on top. when cauliflower is done mix with cheese and 2 tsp margarine. add to top of corn. bake in oven preheated to 350 for 15 min.
