Ingredients
Louis Kemp, Crab Delights-imitation crab, 2 cup (16 oz package)Pasta, bow-tie, rotini, or dumplings cooked, 16 oz Lemon Juice, 2 tbspSour Cream, reduced fat, 6 tbsp Hellman's Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Celery, raw, 2 stalks, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) choppedBaby Carrots, raw, 5 large, (or 1 whole carrot) gratedGreen Onions, 0.5 cup choppedPepper, black, coarse 1 tsp Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp or to taste
Directions
While cooking pasta, combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Rinse cooked pasta and add to mixture. Stir well. Cover and chill for one hour before serving.
