spicy mixed nuts

Ingredients
4 oz almonds4 oz walnuts8 oz pecans2T water1 egg.5 cup Splenda1 t cumin1 t cayenne1 t red pepper flakes1 t cinnamon
Directions
Whisk together spices, splenda, water and egg. Pour them over combined nuts. Put into cookie pan or 9x12 cake pan. Bake at 250 for 40 minutes. Stir nuts every once in awhile. Bake another 30 minutes at 200.

    These were very good and easy to throw together. I just used almonds, because that's all I had on hand. They are more sweet than spicy, so I would lower the Splenda in my next batch. Overall, these are delightful! - 6/19/11
