Shannon's Mushroom n cheese quinoa

Ingredients
1 cup dry quinoa1 cup shredded cheese of choice4oz no salt added mushrooms(un-drained)2 cups water.5 cup milk
Directions
rinse quinoa 2-3 times or will have a bitter taste

Place liquids mushrooms and quinoa in saucepan and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer until all liquid is absorbed.

remove from heat and add cheese stire and serve.
