Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1.50 tbsp Ideal No Calorie Sweetner, 24 tsp (1/2 cup) Almond Flour, 0.50 cup Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Hot Cereal, 31 gram(s) (1/3 cup)ANS Maxx Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 serving (64 g)Kroger Crunchy Natural Peanut Butter, 256 gram(s) Egg Beaters Whites, 12 tbsp (3/4 cup)Mix wet (egg whites, peanut butter, vanilla).Mix dry (almond flour, protein powder, oat bran, truvia/ideal, cocoa, baking soda).Blend together.Form into wet "balls" about 1 1/4" inch and sort of smash kind of flat. Very sticky.Bake 330 for about 8-10 minutes until "set". Add 3 dark chocolate chips per cookie. 15 cal and 1.7 extra carbs.
