Shrimp Deeelish!

Ingredients
1/2 cup of diced or sliced yellow onion 1/2 cup of red bell pepper3oz of raw shrimp = about 10 shrimp 1/2 of a Lemonolive oil sprayfajita seasoning1/2 can of water chestnuts4 tbs of taco sauce or hot sauce of your choice
Directions
coat shrimp with olive oil spray and season with fajita seasoning. set aside. Dice your onion and your bell pepper set aside. Cut lemon in half and than cut the half into half. Grab a cast iron skillet and set stove top on med and place on. Get your waterchestnuts open, drain and empty half of it into your bowl with onions and bell peppers. Grab tongs and place shrimp on skillet, cook 3-4 min each side until pink. add your vegetables on other side of skillet. Squeeze 1 half of your half of a lemon over your vegetables. cook just as long as your shrimp about 8min. than toss shrimp and vegetables together squeeze the other part of your lemon over that and dish up. Your taco sauce or hot sauce is just for taste.
