3 cups of oatmeal, 4 tbsp of Adams peanut, 1 cup of frzn blueberries4 tbsp of honey1 cup of fat-free milk
Directions
Cook 3 cups of oat meal, add 1 cup of frzn blueberries, 4 tbsp of Adam's peanut butter, and 4 tbsp of pure honey.

Makes 3 servings. Add 1/3 cup of nonfat milk with each serving.
