Chicken rollups with prunes

Chicken Breast, no skin, 25 ounces ( 2 breasts)Prunes, dried, 12 prunesWalnuts, 30 grams Garlic, 3 clovesGinger (2 inch piece*Hellman's Light Mayo, 1 tbspButter, unsalted, 1 pat
Turn on oven to heat 350F
Cut each prune in 4 pieces or smaller, and let soak in hot boiled water for 10 min or till they get soft, then take out from water.
Crush walnuts and 3 cloves of garlic and add to prunes.
Shred ginger and add 1 tbsp of of mayo to the prunes and mix it all together. Put butter on each rollup.
Salt and pepper chicken breast from both sides, then roll prune mixture into each breast, and secure with toothpicks.
Place rollups on foil and put in an oven for 40 min, turn off and let sit for 15 more min
