Ingredients
Use basic ingrediants as base of smoothie then add:1/4-1/3 C. fruit juice or milk (liquid)1 C. frozen fruit OR 1/2-1 C. fresh fruit and 1 C. ice
Directions
Throw all ingredients into blender, blend until smooth.
Enjoy different variations, and add/increase ingredients for the nutrition you need.
