Double Saucy Faux-Chinese BBQ Pork

Ingredients
* Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece * Red Wine, 2 fl oz * *Soy Sauce, .5 cup * Honey, 2 tbsp * Brown Sugar, 12 tsp (4 tbsp) unpacked * Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 1 serving * Garlic, 6 tsp (2 tbsp)
Directions
Do not slice the pork but do try to trim off any fat. Combine all ingredient and marinate overnight in refrigerator (covered).

Roast in oven 1 hour 20 minutes at 380 degrees. Cook in the marinade. Baste occasionally.

After allowing the pork to cool, slice and serve - maybe with a nice salad or something...
