Cauliflower curry

Ingredients
cauliflower-350ggarlic-0.25tspginger-0.24tspolive oil-1tbspfresh tomato-150g pureedcinnamon-0.13tspchillies-0.25tsp(opt)paprika-1tspsalt.green mango dried powder-0.5tsp
Directions
Remove the leaves. seperate the florets. Cut them in big pieces. Heat olive oil. add cinnamon, clove . saute till the aroma comes ouy. add chillies, garlic,ginger paste. saute for a while. Add tomato puree. Saute till the oil seperates. add milk powder. Saute for a while. Add turmeic powder. Add mango powder.saute. Add cauliflower. stir in such a way all the cauliflower is coated with spice mixture. Cover and cook till cauliflower is tender. Garnish with cilantro. serve with paratha.
