Ingredients
Chicken breast; cannellini beans; tomato; basil; bell peppers (red & yellow); thyme
Directions
Add all ingredients (except the beans) to crock pot and cook over low heat all day. Add beans 10 minutes or so prior to eating, so they stay firm but are warmed through.
