Fish tacos with chipotle broccoli slaw

Ingredients
3oz tilapia1 small flour tortilla2 oz broccoli slaw1T light mayo1/2 chipotle pepper w/1t saucesaltpepperlime juice
Directions
Mix mayo with chipotle pepper, season with salt, pepper and some fresh lime juice to thin. Combine with broccoli slaw.

Season tilapia fillet with salt and pepper. Grill or pan fry (olive oil spray) until firm.

Cut fillet into chunks, place on softened tortilla. Top with broccoli slaw.

Serving Size: makes 1 taco
