Grass Fed Rump Roast

Ingredients
2 pound grass fed rump roastsalt, pepper, garlic powder to taste2 tbsp coconut oil1 inch water in bottom of pan3-4 cloves of garlic
Directions
Salt and Pepper roast liberally. Dust with garlic powder. In a dutch oven melt coconut oil on medium high heat. Brown roast on all sides. After browned add enough water to be 1 inch deep (do not allow water to evaporate, if it does add more) Add garlic to liquid. Cover dish and put in a 170 degree oven and cook until internal temperature reaches 150. Do not overcook! The roast will become very tough if you do. Expect the roast to cook a few hours, maybe even longer depending on size of roast. Serve juices over roast
