Grilled Veggie Wraps

Ingredients

4 Cups zucchini sliced or chunked2 cups fresh mushrooms1 cup red pepper sliced1 cup sweet onion sliced1 tbsp light olive oil1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder4 low carb high fiber tortillas/wraps
put all chopped vegetables into a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add seasonings. Toss until well coated. Grill until vegetables are tender. Serve on the wraps.
NOTE: I guessed at 4 servings. However this is for my boyfriend and myself. He eats much larger sizes so this could be stretched out to 6 servings. Each tortilla wrap was about 60 calories.
You may add a cheese or light dressing to jazz up the taste. Just remember to add in the cals. Delicious without though!
