1 Banana1 Mango4-5 Strawberries1 C. fresh or frozen from fresh Spinach (not purchased frozen)1C. milk (or even half OJ)Ice
Blend all ingredients together. If it gets too thick, add more milk or OJ. It helps to used crushed ice. But any works.
Add any fruits you like. And you CANNOT taste the spinach!
