eggplantfreash garliclemon juicesalt
Directions
Peel and cube eggplant
boil or steam eggplant till tender about 10 to 15 mins
when done put in blender or food processer
add sesame paste,garlic, lemin juice and salt
blend till smooth.
spread on pita bread
