Cajun Chicken salad

1 pound chicken breast1/3 cup light mayonnaise1/3 cup fat free mayonnaiseCajun seasoningschopped celery, if desiredOther seasonings, to tast
Cut chicken into chunks; sprinkle with cajun spices and cook in a non-stick pan. Remove from pan and let cool
Combine light and fat free mayonnaise; add a little milk if desired. Sprinkle with cajun spice and other seasonings (I use onion powder, garlic salt, and celery salt). Add some chopped up celery, if desired.
Toss chicken with mayonnaise mixture. Cover and refrigerate. Makes four servings.
