baked sockeye salmon

Ingredients
FISH1-1lb sockeye salmon cut int 6 serving peices1/2 cuo very very teriyaki marinade1 tsp fresh ground pepperFOR THE RICE1 cup brown long grain rice1/4 tsp sea salt1-1/2 cups waterKALE1 big bunch Tuscano kale from garden if possible cut to 3-4" chunkswater for blanching
Directions
Marinade fish 3 hrs place on roasting pan grate sprinkle with the pepper and bake 20-30 min until flaking but not dry.
next prepare the rice can be done last with kale,add rice to boiling water stir once lower heat to simmer and cook 15min and remove from heat. next get water for kale boiling add the kale until it turns dark green it is now done
