Spinach, Mushroom, Feta Quiche

Ingredients
1 Pie crust, standard-type,9" 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/4 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat1/4 cup Milk, 1%, Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) 1.5 cup Mushrooms1 small red bell Peppers1/4 cup chopped tomatoGarlic, 1 clove Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 4 oz
Directions
Preheat ove to 375 degrees F.
chop mushrooms, bell pepper, and garlic clove. Saute until crisp tender.
Whisk milk and sour cream together, add eggs and whisk until mixed. Add all other ingredients and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-30 minutes or until done.
