Best Ever Low-fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 eggs beaten1/3 cup lowfat yogurt1 cup applesauce2 medium mashed, overripe bananas3/4 cups brown sugar1 3/4 cups all purpose flour3/4 cups rolled oats1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp ground ginger1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients. (Bananas should be mashed)
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add wet to a well in the dry. Mix until blended.
Pour into greased(with PAM) loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated oven (325) for 1 hour and twenty minutes.

Serving Size: Makes a loaf that you cut into 12 slices.
