Personal Pizza Pocket

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 15 gramsRagu Spaghetti Sauce, 0.5 cup Black Olives, 1 jumbo, slicedOregano, ground, 1 gram
Directions
Spread sauce on tortilla.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Slice olive and sprinkle on.
Fold over into half-circle.
Put on hot griddle, pressing down gently.
Turn, and heat other side.
When cheese is melted, transfer pizza pocket to serving plate.
