Ingredients
* Egg Beaters, .5 cup (remove) * *Breakstone's Fat Free Cottage Cheese, .25 cup (remove) * *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.5 cup (remove) * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove) * *Splenda, 6 tsp (remove) * APC Time-Release Protein, 105 gram(s) (remove) * Lemon juice, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Poppy seed, 1 tbsp (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat to 375.

Mix ingredients.
Blend if you wish to have a smoother batter. (I like the chunky oats personally).

Spoon into 12 lightly greased muffin tins, and cook for about 12 minutes.
