Chicken with Pasta and Vegetables

Ingredients
15 oz boneless chicken thigh, cut into bite-size pieces4 tbsp olive oil9 medium whole mushrooms, sliced2 cup fresh spinach leaves1 cup green beans, cut into bite-size pieces1 onion, diced5 garlic cloves, chopped1 cup fat-free chicken broth2 cups whole wheat spaghetti, cookedsaltpepperTabasco Chipotle sauce
Directions
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil until soft. Add chicken and saute until until no longer pink. Add green beans and saute for a minute. Cover and let steam until green beans are slightly soft. Add mushrooms and let cook down. Add spinach and allow to wilt. Add broth, salt, pepper and Chipotle sauce and let simmer 5 minutes over medium heat. Add cooked pasta and serve.
