Shrimp Scampi with Avocado

Ingredients
100 grams shrimp (sorry, my bag of shrimp listed wt. in grams)3 oz white wine Garlic - however much you like1 tablespoon butterJuice from half a lemon - use more or less depending on your preference1/2 avocado
Directions
Melt the butter. Toss in shrimp, wine, lemon juice, and garlic. Cook until done. Peel avocado half and slice diagonally into several slices. Cut in half to make bite-size pieces. Put on one side of the plate, put cooked shrimp on the other side. Reduce remaining sauce and pour over shrimp.

I like to add some salt - you can, if you like.

Fork a piece of avocado and a piece of shrimp together and enjoy!
