Triple Chocolate Surprise Brownies

Ingredients
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained2 tbs light olive oil.5 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.25 cup applesause2 eggs1 egg yolk.75 cups sugar3 tbs unsweetened cocoa1.5 tbs instant espresso powder------3 oz. chopped bittersweet chocolate2 tbs unsalted butter------2 tsp pure vanilla extract.5 tsp salt------.5 cup flour (half whole wheat if desired).33 cup mini chocolate chips------.33 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix black beans, olive oil, spinach, applesauce, eggs, egg yolk, sugar, unsweetened cocoa, and espresso powder in a food processor, pulse for a minute or until smooth.
Microwave bittersweet chocolate and butter in a glass bowl, stirring every 30 seconds or until smooth; cool for 5 minutes.
Add chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt to processor; pulse to blend. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in flour and mini chocolate chips.
Pour into an oiled 9x13 inch pan; top with chopped pecans.
Bake for 25-30 minutes; cool for 15 minutes.
