Summer smoothie

Ingredients
200ml of peach yoghurt2 Medium size bananas (the riper the better)1 small pearmilled seed mix (optional)
Directions
wash and prepare all your fruit
pour yoghurt into blender , cut fruit into large pieces and blend.
add seeds near the end if using to keep some of the consistency of the milled seeds.
ENJOY!! mmmm
