Peaches 'n' Protein Smoothie!

-2 cups frozen peaches (no sugar added)-1 cup fat free greek yogurt-1 scoop whey protein powder-1 cup ice-3/4 cup water-blender
Put the protein powder and yogurt in the blender. Then add peaches and ice on top. Blend ingredients while slowly adding half the water. Stop blending and mix ingredients. Continue blending and add as much of the rest of the water as you would like for the consistency you desire. Enjoy your awesome protein-packed smoothie!
Serving Size: Makes 4 cups, Each serving is a generous 2 cups. For low-cal version, eat one cup.
