Ingredients
5-6 medium potatoes, peeled, diced2c cooked beef1tbsp flour1/2 tsp garlic powder1-2 tsp red pepper1/8-1/4 tsp ginger (ground)2 tsp curry powder1tsp paprika1 lg can diced tomatoes3/4c ketchup
Directions
Dice potatoes and meat.
Cover with water in pot
cook until potatoes tender
measure flour and spices in a bowl with watwer, make paste
add tomatoes to potato/meat mixture
mix in flour/spice mixture
Add ketchup
simmer
serve over rice
