Salmon Salad

Ingredients
2 small cans salmon3 celery ribs1/2 English cucumber1 oz roasted red pepper1 tsp dill1/4 cup mayonnaise2 tsp Dijon mustardDrain and add salmon to bowl. Chop vegetables using small grid on onion chopper, add to salmon and mix well. Serve on large Romaine lettuce leaves to make lettuce wraps
