low carb clam dip

Ingredients
2 cans minced clams8oz cream cheese12- 14 oz sour creamsalt and pepper to tastepork skins
Directions
cream cheese room temperature, smooth out in bowl
add sour cream and mix in with mixer
add both cans of minced clams w/juice
mix with a mixer
refrigerate until ready to serve
*this is usually served with fritos but on a low carb low sugar diet the pork skins work as a great substitute
super yummy snack!
