Cornmeal Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
6 Tilapia fillets1/4 cup cornmeal1/4 cup flourcayenne pepper to tastesalt and pepper to taste1 egg, beaten2 tbsp oil
Directions
Place cornmeal, flour, pepper and salt in a large ziplock bag. Add fish and shake to coat each fillet. Heat a griddle with oil over medium high heat. Add egg to a shallow dish. Remove fillets, coat in egg and return to bag to coat a second time. Fry fillets until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes each side.
