Chili with 80% ground beef & kidney beans

Ingredients
ground beef 2 lbs1 c chopped onion1 (28 oz) can tomatoes, diced1 (28 oz) can tomato sauce1 (28 oz) can kidney beans, drained4-5 tablespoons chili powder1 tablespoon cumin1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper1/4 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. brown beef and onion (drain fat after browned)
2. place with all other ingredients in slow cooker and cook for 10 to 11 hours (less hours if temp turned up higher)
3. amounts of chili powder, cumin and hot sauce are to taste
4. stir & enjoy
