Healthy Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 Medium Cabbage finely shredded1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks, chopped, no sugar added1Medium Apple, chopped1/2 lemon, juice and pulp1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Directions
Shred cabbage, core and chop the apple, chop the walnuts, add the pineapple (this adds a little sweetness as well as moisture to slaw). Stir together, adding the mayonnaise. Stir well, and add the lemon. The lemon is to keep the cabbage from getting brown as well as to add more moisture.
Chill 30 minutes and enjoy!
