Easy Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 cup celery, diced1 clove fresh garlic1/4 cup green onion1 29-oz can pumpkin puree
Directions
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add celery, garlic, and onion; saute until soft. Add pumpkin and broth. Cook until heated through. Makes 4 bowl-sized servings (2 cups each) of soup.
